I contacted East Coast Roofing through Angi. Chris responded quickly and came by to do the estimate the next day. He identified the issues with my carport roof and provided me with an estimate immediately on the spot. (The other contractors took longer to show up and then took several days to get me the estimate.) Once I agreed to accept the estimate, communication wasn't perfect ... but when I reached out to Chris, he set a date for my job the next day. Everything went exactly as scheduled, and the crew showed up, communicated every step of the way, and completed the job quickly. We're very pleased (especially with a lot of rain scheduled the very next day!) ... I can highly recommend East Coast Roofing. These guys are pros and will do the job correctly, and at the right price!

Chris was excellent and very helpful through the entire process. I've work in property management in the past and never had roofer communicate as well as East Coast did when replacing the roof on my first owned home.

The Sales Rep, Jason, was a pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful person. The day of the work I told him that I was ill and would leave the check and tip on my door. The workers were extremely considerate and worked quietly on my roof. They cleaned up and took all their equipment and used cans of sealant with them. It was a very clean and QUIET job. I can't add a photo, because I cannot get up to see the roof. With East Coast's reputation I am sure it is perfect.
