Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire customers via individuals own effort, means, and methods (Door knocking, building relationships with Property Management companies, etc)
- Attend on site customer appointments
- Complete roofing, gutter, and skylight estimates and inspections.
- Complete regular prospect follow up, obtain signed contract, and facilitate customer interaction with ECRS through completion of work.

ProJect Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Roofing Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management within the construction context.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure roofing projects meet industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues that may impact project quality.
- Collaborate with roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the time the project is in construction.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Exceptional quality customer service is required.
